Genting

@Genting from 10may(morning) to 12may(night)

I really had lots of fun on this "after exams getaway" ^^ I always thought that Genting would be boring as how can it be interesting on a mountain?!!?

Arrive at Genting at about 10may,5am.. The temperature was about 16 deg cel and there was mist!! so coolcold !! First we went to check-in so we can get a rest first... and so we got a queue number.. Was quite happy as our number is 118 and they are currently serving 50 i think.. Really hoped to get a room to rest first ^^

So waited...
and waited...
15 mins later... at no. 80..
and waited.... wait!!!... waitt :S waiiittttt....
it stopped at no. 100...
and waited.. still at no. 100
nothing happened..
and waited..
*u got the idea ya?? it's at no. 100*

then we went to ask the receptionist..
we: excuse me, may i know why the queue counter stopped running?
receptionist: u wait.. soon
we: so what time will the service resume then?
receptionist: soon
we: ........

wtf service is this?? u noticed that she didnt answer any of our question at all? Anyway.. they have a shift change at 7.. but they slacked off(stopped) at 6 -_- and just let their customers wait... while they start chatting with each other in front of their uneasy customers

The hotel is first world hotel.. sounds so nice ya? Should just change it to third world hotel(suit them more).

After breakfast, we proceeded to theme park...

What coincidence -_- there is a huge group of monks going to theme park too -__-"
Well.. these monks are rich!!! They have latest cybershot cameras, nice sling bags, high-tech handphones,mp3 players... I wonder how they get so rich...

They could just come in t-shirt and jeans.. and maybe a cap to hide the burnt dots on their forehead to not attact so much attention -__-"

The roller coasters was really fun... there are so many types of roller coasters.. =) Wasnt really scared of the roller coasters.. but i was very afraid of ferris wheel.. Even ah ma can ride that :S

Anyway, it was really fun =) i played almost every rides in it!! Oh ya.. there is unlimited pass for only 48RM... super cheap ya?

Had buffet dinner at coffee terrance(supposedly genting best dinning).
It's super cheap at 48.80RM(nett price!)
It ranges from local delights, chinese, japanese, indian, westernand nonya...

Went window-shopping only.. as the things sold are quite expensive :( Honestly, can get MUCH better prices at singapore.. A plain espirit shirt would cost 199RM -__-"

Had production in the evening. The production came with our package and costed only S$15. It's again... super cheap.. Imagine watching a production at SISTEC..

had diarrhea in the morning due to some "fantastic" pancake we took the night before :S

However, I still wanna try to do the rockclimbing. It only cost 4RM/climb anyway. So, there I go. At about 75%.. i felt my stomach churning and I know I need to go (poop), then i asked the belayer(the person holding on to my safety-line).

Me: yoz! can I come down now?
Belayer: No
*silence*
me: I needa come down!!
Belayer: No

Me: i needa poop!!!!
Belayer: .......

and i released... i mean i released my grip from the rock.. haha.. not the poop!

It's really not easy to climb when there is diarrhea... :S

Look at this.. Just below the no-smoking sign, there is an ashtray -_-" The toilet was filled with smoke!!! The smoke is really horrible... :S

what a contradictory!!!

Overall, the trip was quite fun.. But I dont think i would want to go again.. The food is dirty(coz food-poisoning to 2 of us) and it's way too smokey, really unhealthy! zzz...

Laraine says that in hotel shoes must not be put nicely so that ghost wont come in
And.... Laraine's shoes.... my shoes...... *nothing*

VivoCIty...

Gosh... It's really hard to be consistent on blogging!!! I have so much to update, but so little time :( There is really just so much to do!! Now is worse as i've a holiday job. :'(

Went to VivoCity recently.. but i forgot the exact date (that's why i should blog regularly.. haha), I saw a quite disgusting site..

Anything wrong??? It's nothing to do with 2 guys and a girl or anything thing along that line... (nothing against that though.. haha). It's just that they are washing their feet in the water :S What's worse! There are kids playing with water at the other end. There are more pple washing feet too, from primary sch all the way to adults :S

Oh! there is actually date on my camera.. haha.. so i was at vivo on 12apr.. which was long ago..h aha

PS. results is released this saturday *cross fingers*

EXAMS ARE OVER!!!! over over over over!!!!!
I was kinda disappointed as the paper was really tough... kinda like a "killer paper". While walking out of MPSH, I heard lots of pple saying that the paper was bad. Things like, "Buang already, SU also no use", "I tikum most of it", "lucky i SUed", "f***, i thought it's going to be simple", etc, etc.. really sound quite consoling to me . ^^

Met Lewis and Laraine(came from tuition) outside MPSH and we decided to go funan-The IT mall to get some gadgets. We went to source around and found a shop that sell things at a really cheap price! I got a samsung 120gb hdd for only $120. I have always wanted to get one to replace my pathetic 40gb laptop hdd.. Lewis got his 1gb transflash for only $28(i think). It's really super cheap... cheaper than simlim!!

After that, we went to ang mo kio hub for dinner.. zzz.. chilling out in amk right after exams??? sounds super wrong :'( Anyway, we went to soup restaurant for dinner. The chicken was good.. but I think the one at ABC market(behind ikea queenstown) is better.

Oh ya, while a waitress was taking our orders, then I asked what drinks u have? got water? (in mandarin). She says, "you3. ni3 yao4 kou3 sui3 ma?" (yes, you want siliva?) so i looked quite shocked and so she repeated. It sounded the same. Then after some clarification, it actually meant "kai1 shui3"(water)... lol... she was from china, so the pronunciation was quite wierd :S

Then.. after taking order, about 6 waitresses lined up in a row beside our table. They started chatting and giggling (should be working huh?). So, I felt quite uneasy and said, "why got so many waitresses here?", in chinese.. and they got paiseh and disappeared.. haha

After dinner, the 3 of us went to play pool =) Sian, the snookerium was filled with Ah beng/ah seng/ah lians (watever..) and we really smell after we spent an hr there.

Conclusion:
1) worried abt gen bio
2) the food at soup restaurant wasnt really good
3) never play pool at AMK

I wanted to publish this post earlier but i was afraid that many people will slaughter me. The food there was gr8 and we spent a total of approx $40/-. =) *worth it!*

Satay $6 (but the auntie likes sw.. so cost only $4)

After a sumptuous and sinful indulgence, we went to coffee bean to slack for awhile b4 going home.

I really dunno what sw was doing with his hand.. lol..

Oh ya.. I really dont feel like going home after that becoz
1) i'll have to mug for last paper when i'm home...
2) since i ran from my house (amk) to chomp chomp, i have to walk/run home...
3) i'm super FULL!!! haha

Yay!!! Finally!! i decided to blog!

Jem and Shaowei have been suggesting that I blog since last yr!! My "soon" finally come true...

I was mugging cafe galilee yesterday.. and i saw this.. At first, I thought that she was just another NUS student mugging away... However on second look... She is NOT from NUS!!! She is wearing an orange t-shrit and a blue tower towel over her... lol...

Anyway, the food at cafe galilee is suprisingly good. I only took a photo after afew bites becoz i was really hungry.. haha...

Alamak!! this is the first time I blogged after so many donkey years months, so I really dont remember how to setup those extra stuff like links, tagboard, banners, etc.

ps: I know how much some of you want to write "first" in my tagboard.. however, I havent sign up for a tagboard yet... sorry for the disappointment.. haha...
